Calaway have over twenty years combined legal experience in defending OVI/DUI/DWI cases, all felony and misdemeanor criminal and traffic cases, and domestic relations matters, including divorce, dissolution, and child custody and visitation cases.

Marc T. Ross has been a guest speaker and lecturer on OVI/DUI/DWI cases throughout Ohio, instructing other attorneys and judges on OVI/DUI/DWI law and defense. He is certified on standardized field sobriety tests (SFSTs) under the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), and is a certified operator of the Intoxylyzer 5000 series of breathalyzer machines. Mr. Ross has attended numerous seminars dedicated to OVI/DUI/DWI defense strategies all over the United States, including Florida, Las Vegas, and Atlanta and knows all the defenses to blood, urine, breath-test and non-breath test cases. Mr. Ross has successfully defended hundreds of people charged with OVI/DUI/DWI, most often getting their charges dismissed or reduced to non-alcohol or non-drug-related violations. He has also successfully defended several people charged with serious felony offenses, such as aggravated vehicular homicide, aggravated vehicular assault and involuntary manslaughter.
Scott M. Calaway has over ten years of trial experience defending people charged with some of the most serious felony and federal offenses, including first-degree murder, armed robbery, rape, felony assault, kidnapping and drug possession and trafficking. In the last year alone, Mr. Calaway has probably tried more serious felony cases than any other attorney in the greater Dayton area. He regularly represents clients in some of the most high-profile cases in the Dayton area because of his vast experience in handling and trying these cases and the media attention they draw.
