Marc Ross is a founding partner in the law firm of Ross & Calaway, L.L.C. Mr. Ross focuses his practice in the areas of DUI/OVI defense and criminal defense. Prior to forming the partnership, Mr. Ross worked as an attorney with the Law Office of Larry Denny in Dayton, Ohio for over three years. Mr. Ross began his legal career as an assistant prosecutor for Springfield, Ohio and then Dayton, Ohio where he prosecuted DUI/OVI, traffic and criminal cases for approximately four years. As a defense attorney and former prosecutor, Mr. Ross has litigated hundreds of DUI/OVI and criminal cases, including homicide and felony DUI/OVI offenses. Mr. Ross is a certified operator on the Intoxylizer 5000 series of breath testing machines and earned his certification on NHTSA Standardized Field Sobriety Testing in 2005. He also received a Certificate of Training from the Nevada Gaming Control Board in 2004 for certification in gaming fraud and cheating investigation. Mr. Ross regularly lectures at seminars on DUI/OVI defense and instructs other attorneys and judges on DUI/OVI issues.
